- HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices & Pre-requirements programs. HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. This is a preventive food safety system in which every step in the manufacture, storage and distribution of a food product is scientifically analyzed for microbiological, physical and chemical hazards. This scheme can be certified the requirements for effective control of food safety. It is built around seven principles: Conduct Hazard Analysis of biological, chemical or physical food hazards. GMP is short for good manufacturing practices and forms an important part of the overall HACCP food safety system in a food business. Good manufacturing practices (GMP) can be defined as the operational requirements necessary to enable a food business to produce food safely.



-BRC. (British Retail Consortium) The British Retail Consortium (or BRC) is a trade association in the United Kingdom. They represent all forms of retailers from small, independently owned stores to big chain stores and department stores. It represents 80% of retail trade in the UK by turnover. The  British Retail Consortium (BRC) first introduced its Global Standard for Food Safety, a GFSI benchmarked standard, in 1998. Today the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety has almost 16,000 certified sites in over 100 countries world-wide.



- FSSC 22000 – Food Safety System Certification. Food Safety System Certification provides a framework for effectively managing your organization's food safety responsibilities. FSSC 22000 is fully recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and is based on existing (ISO Standards (ISO 22000 . It demonstrates your company has a robust Food Safety Management System in place that meets the requirements of your customers and consumers.
